I struggled for many years with depression and anxiety. I intuitively decided to go on a raw plant based diet in 2011. After a year I felt amazing but had a difficult time maintaining the lifestyle while still holding on to old habits and beliefs.  I remained vegan but began to eat out, eat processed foods and drink alcohol again. After an accident in late 2017 that caused muscle damage and a concussion, my depression and anxiety got even worse. I was in pain ALL the time and severely depressed. I went to doctor after doctor who said there was nothing wrong until I finally did my own research and went to a naturopath. She diagnosed me with fibromyalgia, an inflammatory autoimmune disease. I immediately knew what I had to do. I went on a 28 day juice fast and got back on a raw  plant based diet.  I was finally pain free and felt so happy and positive. I created this website because I want to help others heal too and live their best life.
