A raw plant based diet excludes all animal products and consists of raw plant foods that are not cooked above 120° (49° C).


It is as strict as you want it to be. You can be fully raw, a frutitarian (fruits only), high raw, etc. However, to get the most benefits, I do recommend eating as close to raw as possible with the exception of blanched nuts as they can not be found truly raw.
